EYEBROWS LIFTING: ENDOSCOPIC AND HANGER TECHNIQUES


Eyebrows lifting is a very trendy operation. For some people the higher the eyebrows, the better the impression is. However for some people, eyebrow with raised tip is a nightmare. But how should be the ideal eyebrows?

WHAT IS THE IDEAL EYEBROW SHAPE?

In my opinion, the classical knowledge that everyone knows is inadequate. It is inadequate because it is old fashioned.
If you wonder about the ideal shape of anything you ought to have a look at top models’ faces. The human face has a fashion and this comes up from the fashion world. Those people are eliminated among thousands of people in wild competition and it is inarguable that their faces are ideal. Pay attention to the eyebrows of super models. A great majority of them have flat eyebrows in converse that it is supposed. If you want to see eyebrows which are raised in the middle like crescent you should have a look at the magazines of 1950es. Since 90es the eyebrows are flat, even very flat.

QUESTIONS THAT ARE ASKED OFTEN

Every time I walked on the street I see people with raised eyebrows, will I be the same?

After this operation the head is bolted and the bolts remains for weeks on the head obviously, is it true?
If it is just the operation of lifting the eyebrows up, there is no need to use bolts.
Is this surgery performed separately?
Yes it is often done. Some people’s eyebrows are lappet even in youth. Usually it is implemented with temporal lifting operation after 35. In the temporal lifting operation, it is also provided that rejuvenation in the face slightly.
How many years does the effect of this surgery will last?
The shape of eyebrow which is given by endoscopy is permanent. But in years because the whole forehead will droop, the eyebrows will droop a bit as well.
 


 

    









TIPS

If you do not want to have the operation you can make your eyebrows given a shape by botox. Generally its effect is going to diminish after 3 months and is going to disappear in the 6th month.
If you are at your 35s I recommend you to have the operation of temples which is a higher level than botox. This also will open the cheno podium and shape the middle face.
If you are more than 50, I recommend you to have the classical face tightening operations and endoscopic middle face operations. The eyebrow hanging operations by itself is not going to work.
If you want to have the result even it is temporary eyebrow hanging method would be appropriate for you. Sometimes the eyebrows that are hung by this technique may keep the shape for one year.

WHAT WILL BE AFTER THE SURGERY

You can go back to work at the following day of the operation. The process lasts one hour and local anesthesia is sufficient. The process can be done in the consulting room conditions.
Endoscopic technique can be done with the local anesthesia as well. It lasts approximately one hour. One or two days of rest is sufficient. There is no need to rest in the hospital. It is a surgery that cause very less lividness and puffiness. If you undergo the operation at weekend you can go back to work on Monday. It is not a painful surgery at all. In the first days you will keep your head upright and apply ice treatment.

THE REPORT OF THE ENDOSCOPIC EYEBROW HANGING

Anesthesia: local or general
Where should the surgery be performed: In an operating room of a hospital which has the infrastructure for endoscopic plastic surgeries.
The duration of the operation: 1 hour
The duration of rest in the hospital: Can be discharged in the same day.
The pain and discomfort after the surgery: A bit ache for a few days. Usually it is sufficient to take painkillers by mouth.
Puffiness and lividness: Slightly and between 2-3 days.
Dressing: None.
Sutures: There is metal suture in the hairy skin and that is taken after 7 days without pain.
When can be back at work: In 2-3 days.
Sports: after one week long jogging, after two weeks severe sports.
Last shape: Generally, even in first days the result can be noticed. But for everything to be normal again and for tissues to soften, it takes 3 months.
