Augmentation mammaplasty is one of the three most popular plastic surgeries both in our country and in the world. The augmentation mammaplasty which is a breast plastic surgery gives very good results when it is performed right. But like in all the surgeries, it is very important to determine augmentation mammaplasty to be performed in which cases and what aim.

The most frequent question about this surgery is that if there is another method for breast augmentation other than prosthesis. At the present time, the only method for breast augmentation is the breast prosthesis. I particularly advise to keep away from the methods of augmentation with medicines. The medicine that is claimed to augment the breast must include hormones although it is claimed that it is natural. These hormones do not only disorder your balance but also increase the risk of cancer. Keep away. The fat addition might be taken in consideration in very less amounts and in very rare cases. A tumescence which is on one side for 5 days may be the sign of an infection. The healer might be removing the prosthesis and cleaning the infection.

The complications that are because of the prosthesis: The body senses silicon covered prosthesis as unknown. A reaction carried against the silicon and a thin barrier forms around it. The blow of the prosthesis is not possible although it is a very popular and sensational news topic in media. Prosthesis is very durable that even a truck goes over, it does not low up. It can be ripped by only something sharp and beaked. Even it is shown that some of the prosthesis can be tore off as time flows, it is a very less possibility and in the new generation prosthesis this risk is even less.
