Göğüs estetiği, burun estetiği gibi estetik cerrahi yöntemlere olan ilgi katlanarak artıyor. Estetik cerrahi, meme estetiği, burun estetiği hakkında bir çok efsane yaratılıyor, neredeyse bütün ünlülerin güzelliklerini birtakım estetik cerrahi operasyonlarına borçlu oldukları dedikoduları ortalıkta dolaşıyor. Biz estetik cerrahlarda bu duruma istemeden katkı sağlıyor olabiliriz. Bunlara meme estetiği, liposuction (yağ alma) burun estetiği gibi estetik ameliyatlar ile ilgili abartılı ve yanlış kanılar da eklenince oluşan bilgi kargaşası iyice büyüyor.
